90 Day Postpartum Glow Up

Helping postpartum moms feel beautiful again after pregnancy, non surgically, using integrated body sculpting.

You’re a mom, now.

But most postpartum programs are designed as if your body never changed –  just meal plans and workouts.

As if you were still 20 and childless.

Lame.

But Integrated Body Sculpting is Different.

6 Pillars that account for ALL the ways your  body is different now…

Supporting every aspect of your beautiful new body.

Which allows you to banish:

  • Binge Eating & Emotional Eating
  • Workout overwhelm
  • Lack of motivation
  • Lingering aches & pains from pregnancy
  • Stubborn belly pooching, pancake butt
  • The feeling that your body is “broken.”

… and more.

So you can go all in and stay all in on your wellness journey…

… and get the glow up you deserve.

Imagine feeling beautiful on vacation…

  • Getting the photos back from your dream Disney cruise or European vacation and actually liking what you see.

  • Having fun browsing cute outfits on Instagram and TikTok, because you finally feel confident enough to wear clothes that make a statement instead of clothes that just hide your body.

  • Having the physical stamina to take side quests without worrying if you’ll be strong enough.

“To have a woman who is knowledgeable about other Women’s Physiological, as well as emotional needs, was the type of health and fitness support I’ve been in need of for quite some time.” – Melissa R.

Success Stories

Kathleen wasn’t a biological mom when she started the program because she struggled with infertility for her whole life.

She originally wanted to lose weight so she’d be eligible for a donor heart (heart problems ran in her family).

Not only did she lose 70 lbs in 9 months, but she balanced her hormones and got her fertility back… culminating in a surprise pregnancy and a beautiful, healthy baby.

Amanda is a mom of 3 who had recently made it through a grueling divorce and the loss of her dad.

While she had an amazing physical transformation, she also had so many non-scale victories.

She applied for a better job (and got it!) and made breakthroughs in her relationship with her teen daughters.

This program isn’t just for women who have just had a baby – it’s for moms of all ages.

Susan had gained weight after going through menopause and grieving the loss of her mom.  She had tried lots of diets and just couldn’t stick to them.

At just under 5′ tall, Susan is super petite – so these results were even more dramatic on her frame.  She celebrated her new energy and joie de vivre by taking a trip to Cambodia.

Hey, I’m Lauren…

A Master’s Educated Exercise Scientist…

…with 18 Years Experience helping women feel beautiful in their bodies again.

Today, I’m a certified nutrition coach, strength coach, and mom of three who loves getting dressed up for dinner, cute sets at the gym and being active with my family.

But I’ve been exactly where you are.

In 2017, I was a new mom with five years of experience in the fitness industry. I thought I knew exactly what I needed to do to “bounce back” after having a baby.

Boy, was I wrong.

The struggle was real.

Every diet seemed to end in binge eating. I gained more weight while breastfeeding than I did during pregnancy. And the food cravings? Unreal.

It took me almost two years after having my oldest to finally feel good in my body again.

Looking back, Integrated Body Sculpting is exactly what young Lauren needed.

Because once I created this approach, everything changed.

After my second and third children, I felt like myself again in just six months—not two years.

And now, I’m 39. I’ve found the love of my life, and I’m even open to the possibility of having another baby.

Not because I expect pregnancy to leave my body unchanged.

But because I no longer believe having another child means losing my body forever.

Integrated Body Sculpting gave me that confidence.

FAQ

  1. What is Integrated Body Sculpting?
Lauren’s revolutionary method of postpartum body sculpting that blends body realignment, nervous system regulation, hormone balancing, core recovery, pelvic floor recovery and mindset work with metabolism-boosting workouts and mom-friendly nutrition.

  1. How long is the program?
While students start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks, 90 days is the “sweet spot” for big results and you’ll receive 12 months of support – so you can see the most dramatic change, and make it permanent.

  1. What’s the time commitment?
You can commit as little or as much time to the program as you’d like. The more time you commit, the better your results will be. Students see results in as little as an hour a day, and never more than 90 minutes a day. They develop the identity of problem solvers – “I’m the type of woman who can figure out when to fit this in.”

  1. What if I can’t afford it?
The 90 Day Postpartum Glow Up is not for everyone – it’s only for women who are ready to make themselves top priority in every way. It’s okay if that’s not you – free resources are available on social media and in Lauren’s upcoming podcast.

No one budgets for a body sculpting program. Students see the value and they take action to figure out how to make it work – whether it’s cutting down elsewhere, getting a second job, or using the payment plan and Afterpay options.

  1. What’s a beta program?A beta program is an online pilot group for an already-proven method. Admission to the program will be rolling after the beta group, but the beta group starts Feb 30th.

  1. Can I talk to someone before I commit?  Yes, absolutely. Click here to schedule a 45-minute Zoom info session.

  2. I’m worried I won’t show up for myself.  What kind of support is there? We do a 45-60 minute zoom call each week.  Recordings will be posted in our group.  These are not mandatory.  You’ll also have access to a support forum.  More importantly, you’ll have the mindset and neurological tools to help you become the type of person who can hold herself accountable.
